Pain in left shoulder blade after eating

I’m 3 1/2 weeks post RNY. I ate some eggs (had them a few times already) but I think I didn’t chew enough. I don’t feel pain in the middle of my chest like most people say but in my left shoulder blade. Anyone else have this? I happened a few minutes after about a tablespoon. I’ve been able to eat 3 oz if tuna or a whole egg in 15-20 minutes and drink fairly easy so this was a surprise.

They say left shoulder blade could be a sign of a leak. I was having pain in my left chest, near my armpit almost, and I was freaking out but eventually it stopped and now I assume it was gas... that was from the time I came home until about 5 days ago. Unless you have a fever or other symptoms, and it sounds like a one-off. Maybe not to worry. Ask your doc!
