What do you do?

When you get really hungry, and you need to eat, how do you keep yourself from eating too fast, and the consequenses? I am wanting to get a second fill, but I am afraid of getting too hungry, and then having some of the very negative reactions, pbing... any input out there?

I welcome the input:confused:

I did learn this very quickly. I often get food stuck becuase I eat too fast. I have learned (painfully) to not eat too fast.

Hunger seems to creep up so fast now, that before i know it I am ravenous.

You will learn it too!
