tips to stay on track

I have a few tricks I like to use to help keep me in check.

-use a baby spoon when eatting. It helps you eat smaller portions.

also using a childs plate helps the visual effect.

-having a goal in plain view every morning. I use a pic of when I thought I looked good. (I am going to look better someday.)

-buying pants a size smaller then you are currently wearing. And wearing them around the house. It makes you uncomfortible enough to keep on going.

-setting a timer when you, eat making sure you eat slowly enough. If you have time left over you go to "timeout" lol

What are some of the fun things you do to keep yourself in check?

Great tips - I will be trying some of those.

Unfortunately for me, as mother to 3 boys under the age of 5, going to "time out" sounds very appealing!!!
