I have a few tricks I like to use to help keep me in check.
-use a baby spoon when eatting. It helps you eat smaller portions.
also using a childs plate helps the visual effect.
-having a goal in plain view every morning. I use a pic of when I thought I looked good. (I am going to look better someday.)
-buying pants a size smaller then you are currently wearing. And wearing them around the house. It makes you uncomfortible enough to keep on going.
-setting a timer when you, eat making sure you eat slowly enough. If you have time left over you go to "timeout" lol
