So I start my two week liquid and veggie only (steamed, raw or baked) diet on Sunday and I am terrified ๐Ÿ˜ฉ. I went shopping today and got some Protein Shakes and Protein Water. Tomorrow Iโ€™m going to grab sugar free Jello, popsicles, broth and veggies. Iโ€™m just super nervous Im scared to death of being hungry I know that sounds weird. But Iโ€™m scared that I wonโ€™t get through it and I mess up. Itโ€™s not about not having faith in myself its about knowing myself.

So after saying all of that anything Iโ€™m missing that I should grab? Or any tips on how to power through these next two weeks so I can avoid being hangry (hungry and angry) and committing food-icide (food homicide) and messing up.

Being nervous about success is natural, I mean how many times have we tried to lose weight and failed, thing to bear in mind for the pre-op diet if you have a slip up its not the end of the world, don't let it become an excuse to go off the rails. Get back on track immediately. You will get through, I have no doubt you are much stronger than you give yourself credit for.

You will be surprsed how quickly the time will pass. One thing to bear in mind is that the first few days will likely be the worse, make sure you get plenty of Water, eat as much vegies and broth as your plan will allow.
