    Hello all my date is Jan 15th. I am excited and nervous all at the same time. Is that normal. I have to be honest all i think about is food on this pre op diet. But haven't cheated and not planning on it. I am only hurting myself if i do.

    I started my pre op Sunday and to be honest I am hungry. But i just look at myself in the mirror and talk to myself. 1. Do i want to be this size forever 2 your knees will thank you. 3 you have a new granddaughter
