You need to be consuming a minimum of 64 oz of water a day. This is more important than food or vitamins right now. It is hard because you can only sip a little at a time, so you must carry a bottle
I had surgery on 10/31 and I am so dizzy/lightheaded every time I stand up. after my short walks I end up having to lay down for a couple hours before I can even sit upright again. I'm getting about 40-50 ounces of water and eating 2 of my 3 meals. I also started my vitamins the other day.
any tips? I really want to be able to build my stamina but I'm not getting anywhere on that front.
