Post op issues with lifting for power?

I need to start lifting for power for some martial arts competitions. So, I need to increase weight for few reps.

But, wouldn't that require eating to bulk up and break the post op diet, or can I just increase protein?

I don't need to "power" lift for all body, just upper body.

  • You're already bulked up. You just need to keep up on your protein intake to repair those ripped pecks you're going to develop.
