they are supposed to have zoodles now!

Zoodles @ Olive Garden???!!! I may just have to postpone my surgery. LMAO. What would be subbed for the sauce? I know the regular spaghetti sauce is full of sugar. Would definitely add meatballs. I love how a lot of restaurants are starting to accommodate Low Carb folks.

I'm sorry but I probably would have made a purse of you long ago for those shenanigans! ;) However, I am guilty of bringing my own little containers of Walden Farms dressings and also bags of Shirataki noodles to put in Soups (at Pho shops). :)

I've decided to jump on the IF bandwagon to try to shed my last 10 pounds. Any advice for how to combat morning exhaustion?

HOLY KALE !!!! LMAO Ok, so before anyone brings it up, yes, I had a little cheat from my preop liquid diet. The Kale conversation has been on my mind for days. I went to Sam's Club today to get more bottled Water and Protein Shakes. I'm wandering around and see the Sweet Kale salad Kits and just had to get one, I was dying to see if it would stay down. I didn't add the little packet of raisins, nuts, etc. Added a bit of Primal Kitchen Dreamy Italian (made with Avocado oil). AWESOME!!! It went down well and STAYED DOWN. Now that that urge is out of my system I will get back and stay on track with liquids only but am so glad and looking forward to a lot of kale salads when I can get back to solids. Thank you @GreenTealael you made my day. KALE ON!!! 🙂

First week of IF completed, I did... okay. I'm doing 16:8 and it's really easy for me to refrain from eating in the morning but once the evening hits, I'm like...I need food. However, on a positive note I hit a new weight low today

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
