1st day of Pre-op diet/feeling crappy

Hello,
Finally got the courage to write my first post. Surgery date is September 7th. I’ve been fighting to get the surgery for over a year and I finally got approved for the sleeve. I was so motivated and excited but I am feeling so emotional today. It’s my first day on my Pre-op diet and I am feeling so sad.

Any words of wisdom???

I’m on my second day and I completely understand. It’s really hard and I’m already over these protein shakes. I would say find as many variation you can for the things you are allowed to have and take it hour by hour. Good luck [emoji4]
If you go on Pinterest and sesrch protein shakes there are alot of wsys to switch it up.

Be careful with some of those protein shake recipes. Even though most of them are healthy there could be a lot of sugars and fats. I've also found a lot of them are super high in calories just for one shake.
