Can you please let me know where can I get the pretty chart with weight loss information under your message? I saw it around this forum and would like to create one for myself. Thank you!

Hiya, It you look at the top of the page, next to your name you will see - Create +. Drop down that box and choose Ticker. Then just choose the one you want

It’s a ticker! I can’t remember which site I used to create it but there are many.

I’ve just decided today that my kids are lame-o’s when it comes to food and going places. We went for Mexican for dinner and y’all, the amount of “I don’t like this. Can we go home?” 🙃😒

I need lunch date people. Or maybe I should try dating. 😬

Vegan calzones with diced onion, baby bellas, and green bell peppers mixed with chopped up vegan Breakfast sausage and marinara in homemade dough. It made 8. I’m eating 1, meal prepping 2 for lunches this week, and freezing the rest.

My version of a healthy chicken parmesan. Boneless skinless chicken breast, pounded thin coated in shake -N- bake then topped with a slice of provalone cheese. A side of spaghetti squash with sauce. It was SO delish!

264 calories and 27g protein!

I ate about half of the squash and all of the chicken but no after pic.

Japanese restaurant. Ordered miso ramen with tonkotsu. It came with a whopping 5 slices of grilled pork, egg and more. I ate one slice of the pork, a little of the noodles and then just drank some of the broth. Took it home and enjoyed it later (little by little lol). Unfortunately, on the way home I still got the foamies. First time in months. Didn't last long but it was extremely uncomfortable. .pending-1683566562-20230425_170134~2.jpg 20230425_171711.jpg

finally got a chance to eat something today (gym, vet appt and grocery shopping kept me occupied until now).

anyway i was "starving" by the time i got home and i seriously wolfed this down:

1/2 a bagel w/ butter, havarti, and a dollop of labneh: 348 calories and ate it all!

That pork belly looks delicious @Tomo but what a huge portion. No wonder you had left overs. (Left overs are the bomb!)

I wonder if it as the fat on the pork that caused the foamies for you? It does for me sometimes. I accidentally ate a chunk of fat on a beef cheek at a gala lunch. The function room was so dark I didn’t see it & there was enough meat in my bite to disguise it until it was too late. It was stuck for hours. Very unpleasant.

I love leftovers too :D. Sometimes freezing it in 4 oz portions to enjoy it when I crave for a specific food. I have readb in your posts that you do that too. Yay lol.

True! Maybe it was the fat. Thank you for pointing that out. I wondered why I got the foamies over one slice. The meat I prepare at home usually isn't usually that fatty. Restaurants don't care about calories lol. The broth was incredibly rich too. It didn't take too long after I ate the slice when I started feeling uncomfortable. Something to keep in mind next time I eat out in public.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
