It is likely orthostatic hypotension (as in low blood pressure) and as you see above, is fairly common with rapid weight loss and the body needing to adjust to having much less of it there to maintain

Okay so I’ve lost 140 lbs in total... 100 since surgery in march...
i get very light headed when standing though... sometimes worse than others... sometimes I get the whole tunnel vision thing... anyone else experienced this? It’s not every time... but almost very time I stand up out of the recliner or get out of bed too fast... does it go away with time as my body gets used to my new found mobility?
