Doesnt bother me to be honest, my wife cant cook, so if i dont for her.... so i end up cooking stuff i used to eat before surgery, but doesnt seem to cause any issues for me.

Dumping twice in 3 days! Surgery just 7 days ago!
Go back to protein shakes and talk to your doctor, too early to be eating what you eating IMO

May Sleevers
Phillip, very happy but lots of complication, had kidney stones, acid reflux, cramps these days , i have lost a fair bit of muscle despite the fact that i eat protein, for a while there i tried to gain or slow down weight loss, went on sugary drinks binge to keep my liquid intake high due to kidney stones , was never a sugary drink person before surgery, i think surgeon may have gone a bit overboard , no one except my wife knows about surgery so nice to get some amazed comments at work / friends ? i am now going to start on excercise build up some muscle, one thing i would recommend, before going on liquid diet, do some precise calorie counting, which tells you how much your actually taking in, that may give you some insights , we sometimes eat less but it is a lot of calories without realising, MyFitnessPal free version is perfect for this

May Sleevers
I am 6 foot 3, my weight loss has slowed this week, have done zero exercise since surgery, suspect a lot of muscle loss, calories are generally 1000 a day, although this week my sugar intake has been high to keep my water intake high

Surgery was 31 may, after seeing your post i updated my weight and app said i reached my goal, I obviously just picked a random number at the time of surgery

Is this normal
Thanks all, just to clarify, the thing iam concerned about most is effects of fairly rapid weightloss, i have absolutely no craving for any food or hunger, even that aside i didnt think nausea when drinking water was normal fir sleeve, i count my calories as it helps me keep track , for past three days , only getting in 3-400 barely. Chaos, i have tried brown rice for fibre , even that i cant take more then 1 1/2 table spoon. Things like peanut butter feel very rich (like mayo) , chick peas was my favorite food, cant do that anymore. Nuts are a good option though. I guess i shouldnt worry and wait and see.... at least iam loosing weight ?

Is this normal
Long time lurker, first time posting in anger :) had gastric sleeve 31May, have lost 37 Kg since , approx 81 pounds( starting weight 167). Struggling lately, have a surgeon who is always on holiday or indifferent. Age 43, 6 foot 3, live in australia The good bits since surgery, Weight loss Hypertension under control ( no more medication) Was borderline diabetic, that is all good now Sleep apnea is better Fitting in my clothes from 10 years ago No hunger or even The bad Too quick weight loss Recovery time after surgery was 3 weeks , that means ihave no leeway with further sick leave Constant nausea , especially when drinking water and any food Barely able to meet 1000 calories ( at most can have 80 gms meat with 1 tablespoon rice at any given time) , with my height i should between 1200-1500 In last week had a case of first kidney stone , spend the night in ER, in last two weeks my calories intake has plummeted, the only way i even get to 800 is by drinking juice ( i know i am not drinking enough water) My gall blader wasnt taken out, i have been pushing surgeon to put me on actigall, but he is indifferent and has suggested that this is a practice not done in australia. Iam concerned as i cant afford another surgery from time off from work perspective.. Is what iam experience fairly normal ? Nausea , lack of hunger etc
