Surgery tomorrow-just read that vitamins should have been held?!

Is this the case two weeks prior to surgery? I held the nsaids but took vitamins. Can someone clarify?

They told me to withhold vitamins because some can be blood thinners. I would def call your surgeons office before you show up for surgery and get turned away.
