100 pounds is a massive loss!! I will be six months on 27th and I’ve lost 70 lbs. I’ve started to get hungry now so I think that hormone has returned. I had so much dumping and sensitivity at the beginning but now I can eat anything! Found the holidays difficult as so much temptation and tried chocolate for the first time since surgery and had the worst dumping ever. I’ve looked at doing the reset diet for a few days to see if the helps?
Highest weight 303 lbs
Surgery weight 275 lbs
Current weight 203lbs

I had surgery 3 days after you, and I am experiencing the horomonal return too and definite hunger. I did ask my surgeons office for the "reset" so that should help too if you are wanting to test your pouch etc. I didn't really eat anything out of the norm myself during the holidays, probably ate a little more than I should have though LOL!

I had mine on July 10th. I have stalled for 2 months. I also can eat anything now. Scares me. What is a reset and how do I do it?

Its basically where you do the same motions as you did right after sugergy with phase 1-4/5 depending on your surgeons "aftercare" guidelines. I would contact your office and ask if they have one. Mine did, funny enough because I thought it was just some rumor from the rumor mill with WLS patients, not so :)

You all have lost more than I have, you’re doing awesome! I had surgery on July 23rd, I started at 226 and now I’m 173. I’m hoping to get down to 150.

Considering your relatively low starting weight, you are doing very well! Keep it up, you're almost at goal!

You have to consider the weight that you start at but you are doing awesome. Keep it up. Some of us have more to lose so it looks like we may have lost a lot more than you have.

Thank you Twin. I actually work out at home I have a virtual personal trainer. I do a lot of body weight training and I have a set of Dumbells and kettle bells that I use I walk for my cardio I love in an 11 story building so when I need to walk I do a 5 floor power walk with steps up and down.

Thanks ladies! Slow and steady, I’ll get there. I had my 6 month check up, I’m at 166. My surgeons “goal weight” for me is 140 (I’ll be happy at 150 but don’t mind going lower) that will put my BMI at 25. I cant wait to finally have a summer that I’m not miserable!

Hey y’all I know it’s been a while. I had my surgery 7/27/18 heaviest 310, SW 280, CW 212 m, GW 160/170....pants size varies on style from 10-14.... I’m still pushing... I’ve had a few bouts with Constipation but I’m getting better with stool softer n Probiotics which helps on top of lots of water.... I don’t go over 30 carbs per meal n 20 carbs per Snacks. I don’t eat bread, Rice, Pasta, potatoes, no pop, once n blue moon when Period hits I crave chocolate but I sub with Sugar Free Chocolate pudding. It feels good to lose n see the progress n pictures. I’m trying to get into journaling Period not just about food.

Wow wow wow. You look WONDERFUL and VIBRANT! You were gorgeous before as well, but you’re so full of life and look so much younger in the “after” picture. You’re my inspiration!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
