I can proudly say that I now fit into size 36 pants. :D

Before my sleeve surgery in November 2016 I wore size 60.

I am beyond ecstatic. Down 240 pounds so far.....

  • Exercise. Not like a madman or anything, but cardio at least 4-5 times a week. Eating high protein, low carb, low sugar. You really need to read labels on food because you'd be surprised how much
