So I’m 6 months post op and have lost 70 since surgery and 132 since the start of program. My question is how much food are ppl eating 6 months out I try to manage 2 good meals a day and maybe a snack trying to keep my calories under 1600 a day. Are you suppose to measure out why you eat my weight or calories.
A typical meal for me is amour 6 oz of boneless chicken breast seasoned and cooked with a little water. 1/2-3/4 of white rice and like a half cup of peas, corn or carrots. But I did notice if I put all that on a scale it weighs about 12 oz.
