I originally started at 350, That was the beginning of 2016. When I went in for surgery I was 260. Yes 90 lbs lost on my own. I know I can do it, but I cant keep it off. My goal realistically is 199 lbs. Unrealistic is 175 lbs. anything under 175 will not look good on me. I have wide, broad shoulders. I am built different. Wide hips. I am stuck at my current weight and I know I need to exercise. Thats my down fall.
There were 2 celebrations! When I was down 100 lbs, and just recently, the first time since 1999, that I am under a size 20 jean! Even my jeans made it to onederland! Lol

I’m 5’4 and my initial goal was 150. I’m 135 and at 23% bodyfat so I really shouldn’t lose any more as 23% is the bottom of the range for my age. So my goal is to maintain between 135 and 140.

I'm slated for a June possibly July surgery. 44 years old 5ft 8in. Highest and starting weight was 279 a month ago. Currently 272. Goal is to get healthy, off meds and relieve some of the issues with my back. Arthritis and disk issues so the weight puts a huge strain on it. If I can get rid of a significant part of the weight and get back into some kind of shape, build the muscle in my back again it would be heaven. Be able to walk more than 5 steps without pain. It's what I need!!!

I’m 5’2”, starting at 240ish pounds, with an ultimate goal weight of 130 :)

You and I are nearly identical. I'm 5'1", 246.6 and my goal is 130. I anticipate it would take me about a year to reach that goal, but I'm prepared for the journey!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
