After 7 weeks my stall finally broke!! I’ve been going up and down 2 pounds for over 7 weeks now, and today I was down 3 pounds, putting my total weight loss at 61.2 pounds! I’m so excited!!

I haven’t done anything different, I just rode it out. However, I have to say I was scared that I might be done with the weight loss, and I was getting depressed. So, for all of you in the dreaded 3 month stall, hang in there!! (Surgery 12/13/17)

Yay for you! I have been stalled for almost 3 months - lost a pound or two and stalled yet again. It is miserable to say the least.

Holy crap, 7 weeks! Man I would be a wreck. And the sad thing is I've just hit my 3 month stall. I hope I don't have to wait that long. What did you do to break the stall?

I didn’t do anything. I just stuck to my plan and it just started coming off again. Finally!!!

RNY 12/21 and I’m down 40 lbs. more than half of that was in the first 4 weeks. I’ve been slowly losing and stalling since. It’s frustrating to say the least and I get worried I’ll stop losing before I hit my goal weight

8/8/17 was my surgery (I’m a revision band to SIPS) but was at my hw of 242 at my first revision consultation. For my band back in 2010 my hw was 239 so I was even heavier for my revision [emoji22][emoji25] I was 226 on my surgery date though (8/8)

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
