Is it just me or what ? So weird (burp)

Ok.. since I had my surgery Nov 28 I can’t tolerate warm or room temperature water .. ok no problem I start burping like crazy and not lil burps. Ok .. so I only drink freezing cold water .. BUT THIS IS THE WEIRD THING... when I shower in warm/kinda leaning to more hot than cold.. I start burping till I’m done showering. Isn’t this crazy? I understand drinking it .. but showering with it too?

Has anyone gone through this .. or I’m just special? ???‍♀️
