I have gain weight ! Had bypass 5yrs ago

Had my gastric bypass 5 yrs ago but I am gaining weight in the past few months .....I need to lose 15pds. and just was diagnosis with fibromyalgia and degenerative spine which I have been in pain and not as active as I have been in the past ...... My question is can I shrink my pouch ??? I feel like Im holding more food that I use to.

Just out of curiousity, how many ounces of food can you eat at one sitting? Have you weighed/measured recently? What were you eating at 3-6months out--weight in ounces wise for a meal?
