I had Roux-en-Y gastric bypass 12 years ago. Started at 340lb, lost 100lbs and have since regained 50lbs back. I want to get a revision / conversion but unsure what to get . I heard about sleeves, minis, and duodenal switch, but i dont know the pros and cons of each- especially since I already had gastric bypass.

I really want to hear from people that had a RYGB and got a second surgery. What did you get the second time? why did you chose that? Is the 2nd surgery result any different than the 1st? Im having a tough time finding information on revision / conversion surgeries.
