Hi guys

My surgery is tomorrow and I know I want to do this. I am just rattled with nerves and how to make sure I don’t mess it up. Had the band in 2013 and didn’t work well with me. I’m so looking forward to this but it’s just the post op nausea and pain I’m worried about.

Also just had my consent appointment today with my surgeon and had to go through risks with a band to sleeve conversion. Scared the **** out of me and my dad. lol. But I knew about these going in.

Anyway ANY positive words or anyone going through the same thing would be fabulous. I know I’m making the right decision.

Maybe I know this is gonna work and I’m not prepared to let go of this version of me. But i think I am?

Anyway sorry for the ramble!!! Please help!

Good luck on your surgery tomorrow and remember after the surgery to Walk, Walk, Walk. It will help to make the pain go away.
