Has anyone ever mixed a little ramen noodles sauce packets with broth?

No! Remember you got this surgery to become healthy. Don’t worry the time will come when you can choose to even eat ramen itself! Don’t risk messing up your process. I wouldn't do that. Maybe just Jazz up low sodium/low fat broth. Ramen noodle packets.... Are crappy. Lol

At least if you season broth yourself, you know what's in it. ?

Those Ramen seasoning packets are scary! Stay away for sure and grab some seasonings!! Time to experiment!
