Post Op Sleeve Day 6 RAMEN NOODLES PACKETS

I was sleeved 2/8 & currently trying to find ways to make the full liquid phase “Tastier” lol..

Has anyone ever mixed a little ramen noodles sauce packets with broth?

No! Remember you got this surgery to become healthy. Don’t worry the time will come when you can choose to even eat ramen itself! Don’t risk messing up your process. These next 12 months will be crucial, try and lose as much weight as possible as it will slow down after. Good luck!!!! You got this [emoji4]


I wouldn't do that. Maybe just Jazz up low sodium/low fat broth. Ramen noodle packets.... Are crappy. Lol

At least if you season broth yourself, you know what's in it. ?

Those Ramen seasoning packets are scary! Stay away for sure and grab some seasonings!! Time to experiment!
