I think I hit a stall

Hi everyone my name is jahmell from the uk I am new to gastric bypass and this thrusday I will be 3 week’s post op I have been following my Surgeons food plan and I have lossed 19 lbs in the first 2 week’s but I haven’t lossed any more. I started the gym last thrusday to do a little bit of cardio but I don’t know what’s going on I need help and I definitely ain’t eating over 500 calories to be honest I think I’m eating under that

Don't worry! A three week stall is perfectly normal. It's very common (search this forum, there are many, many threads on this). It sounds like you are off to a great start! Awesome that you are already exercising! I

I have been told to be on a semi fluids diets and it ends this thrusday so when I get to solids what should I eat the post op diet didn’t cover it


Google three week stall. This will be the first of many stalls throughout your journey. My entire post-op weight loss journey was a series of stalls. (In fact the time period of stalls were more than the time period of loss in number of days...)

I'm in the UK. I didn't know there is a hospital here that doesn't give you a plan. There are so many variables though. UK plans seem super different to abroad
