Approved by insurance, what’s next?!

So my insurance approved my referral, it was put in on Thursday I believe and got approved Friday. They gave me no issues or run around a which is surprising because I have IEHP and ya know how that goes lol. I got an appointment at Western Bariatric on Valentines Day lol how ironic. Any who what goes on in the first visit? What else will I need to officially be cleared for surgery and to get an official surgery date?

Visit with surgeon to see if i met program criteria
Psychological

Pulmonologist
Cardiologist
Letter from Primary care doctor stating diets didn't work for me and spannng, several years.
Mine also stated it was my last best hope for not dieing in the near future (after all I am 72) and that he supported my decision to seek it. I am lucky he also likes me as a friend, his whole practice is emotional supportive.
Approval from insurance after all prerequirements are met.
Right before surgery, you'll have blood work and an EKG and chest(maybe also abdominal) X Ray.
That's all I can think of except many insurances require 3,6, of 12 month diets supervised by the bariatric practice.
Remember insurance companies hate to,pay out money unless they are sure its in THEIR best interest.
