Almost a week post op and EXHAUSTED with back pain

Had surgery on 17th and 2nd day in a row I'm completely exhausted. Walking from one room to the next is draining and been having back pain. Anyone else felt this way? I'm trying to keep up with water.. doing better than previously with intake today

I’m sleeved, but I am with you as far as the lethargy goes. I notice it more on days I don’t get enough protein.
