30 pounds in less than two months is a HUGE loss for someone who only had 60 pounds to lose at the time of surgery!!!

Eat your recommended calories, eat healthy food, exercise at sane levels....you're doing great. The last 30 pounds or so can be stubborn, and you have a big advantage being fresh out of WLS.

Stalls happen. This, too, shall pass:)

PS...I've been eating 1000-1200 calories per day since week 3...and I've lost steadily. A little slower than some, but I feel like I've hit a groove that feels moderate and healthy. I didn't put it all on in six months....this is gonna take a while. It's ok:) Gives my skin the best chance to catch up with me:)

It’s really important for people to realize that the scale is only part of the story. Keep measuring your body keep looking at you shrinking your clothes, your body hasn’t stop changing, so stop only listening to your scale. You’re doing amazing! Keep up with your protocol get your protein water vitamins and 10 k steps in each day. This will work for you! Hang in there!
