I need help I have been the same weight from month 4 to 6 I can’t seem to loose anymore !! I eat 5-6 x a day small 4-5oz meals work out 2-3 x a week In 6months I went from 267 to 217 only lost 50lbs in 6months help I still get hungry I don’t barf not get nauseous when I eat sweets if I eat sweets My friend just did surgery and she lost 68lbs in 3 months wtf!!!! I did lose a lot in inches went from size 20 to 13 But I am stuck

Remember u doing this for u and no one else ! My hubby still eats what he wants witch is cool but u dont forget y u did this in the first place !! End of day its your life!! Not his ... Could i take a ex-lax vs. Muralax? Instead of muralax everyday?? Has anyone tried exlax I am over 2 months in and unable to poop properly with out murlax seeing this might be a life long thing (not sure) muralx is 10 bucks a bottle... Soooo exlax might be cheaper long term... Has anyone tried exlax? Enmas hurt therfor i dont want to wait tiop i need one ... I heard many people talk about there stand still there not losing more weight after a month and now its my turn... SD dec.4 SW 260 CW 230 stuck for 1.5 weeks I lost alot because i could not reach 1000 calories it was hard for me to eat... Now i can eat all day and yes i do get hungry all i eat is healthy... And i always try to keep it to 1000 caleries a day like i was told to sometimes i may reach 1200 or 1100 but maybe 1 or 2 x during week... And i am going to gym 3-4 x a week started 2 weeks now... My question is... After this stand still does anyone loss more weight after? Or r u stuck her for ever and surgery was just for those 2 months......im a bit disappointed in everything... Some people tell me its just now cause i am able to eat... I will lose more later i just need yall to happen me what happen to you all... Did u do any skin removal surgery for loss skin... What did u do to help with skin...im only 1month out and working out like a monster to make sure i dont get too loose!!!?

Dont over think it just do it... This will be the best thing u do for your self!!! Its not super painful only thing thats bad is the gas pains for a few days ... But worth it!! YOU ARE EXTENDING YOUR LIFE !!
