Have horrible right lower abdomen pain

Please advise me ASAP. Have horrible right lower abdomen pain I had surgery on 12/5 and this pain feels like cramps however I had a full hysterectomy in 2000. Any help would be great

Could it be really bad gas? Do you still have your gallbladder?

It could be a build up of gastric gases.

It could be a taste of constipation.

If you can stand a little more water per day, it may help.

If in doubt, see a family doctor ASAP if you're in any way doubtful or not sure.
