I have. I can’t recall when but it was probably sometime after the first year and a half. Even so I can only have a max of 4 or 5 BWW sized wings.

Did you try them with sauce? And how’d you do with them?

yes. I recommend a very mild sauce (no drinking with eating got me). I did ok. I could only eat 2 at 8 weeks out.

Id probably wait longer to try them. But that’s a good heads up! Thank you!

my friends as well. Before I ventured back to regular wings I would order the naked tenders from BWW. They will give you all the same sauce choices but on the side. It’s a really good option as well.

oh boy.. I tried them after 9th month.. I could only handle 3 LOL. I have them spicy and it did not bother me at all.. So far no issues... If you are in your first stage (3 months) I would wait a little bit...

I planned on after my 6th months or so. I’ll be 9 months for my birthday and I’m trying to figure out stuff that’ll work with me.

I've had the frozen ones you bake but I could only handle 3-4, I haven't had those since because I don't really like them. When I get the urge for wings I order the smoked wings from Chili's and I can only eat 4 at a time. They are AWESOME!!!!
I'm 9mo out tomorrow (12/20)
Hw: 240
Sw: 232
Gw: 160
Cw: 146

Six months was about the time I first tried them. Like the others said I could only manage like 3 of them and was done. The awesome thing was that for once I had wings to take home instead of stuffing them down like I always used to...lol.

I love spicey stuff but I've stuck to the milder sauces to avoid upsetting my stomach. You could also give the dry rubs a go. Personally I like to have some sauce to add some more moisture to the chicken. For whatever reason chicken is still the one meat source that trips me up from time to time and makes me feel ill.

I had wings again right around that 6 month mark. I don't eat them very often because I'm not a big fan of meat on the bone but there is a bar here that has the best wings so I've had those a few times now.

I had them around 8 weeks for the first time. I can only eat a couple, and I don't eat the really spicy ones. I've never been a fan of spicy food, though. I haven't had any issues with them.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞

I may have to have gall bladder surgery during my weight loss surgery. Not thrilled about it either but do not want 2 recovery times. Just want it over with.

Thanks for your post. I may need to rethink my decision... :(
