Congratulations everybody. Maybe in April, the month after my anticipated surgery I'll have those weigh losses also.

Pre-op Start - 292 lbs

Surgery Weight - 282 (4 days on liquid diet)

Today - 275

Feeling almost back to normal, very little, if any pain today. Sick of Protein shakes! Looking into purchasing unflavored whey to add to broth, and foods in the future. Energy level is fine, hungry, but mostly mental hunger, although eager to start pureed foods.

Ok so had my bypass on the 29 came home the next day im sore and very thirsty.i sip my Water but just not helping any ideas

I had mine the same day..very sore but making it..I eat a lot of ice..I just let it melt in my mouth and sugar free popsicles are good. I sip on water a good bit. Good luck to you[emoji4]
