I had gastric sleeve procedure on 11/18/17, so it's been one year since my surgery. For the last few days, I've had a sensation at the bottom of my throat of fullness, almost like food or something is stuck far down my throat.
Has anyone else experienced this sensation or know what it is? I do take 40 mg of Protonix for GERD which I started 2 weeks post-op, and I'm also taking 150 mg of Ranitidine a day. However, this sensation doesn't feel like the burning sensation I usually experience with GERD. I can't imagine that food or anything of that nature is actually stuck though since I don't have any vomiting and water / saliva would have washed it away.
Any ideas?
