Hot spas after gastric sleeve

I would go to Korean spas with rooms with tempatures of 140 degrees to 204 degrees other then possible dehydration is there any other reasons to not go. As anyone gone to any of these type heated room spas after there surgery..

I frequent the sauna in my gym, no issue..I even went to the Russian Banya which has much hotter rooms than my gym and no issue. Im about 7 or 8 months post op. As long as you hydrate, no issue at all man..

Thank you, I had my surgery October 25th 2017.
Still learning. If there is anything that will have to avoid. Glad that's one I can still do if properly hydrated..


Take it easy on the ab workout for a while, mine still bothers me a bit when I push it. Also plenty of fluids, I got dizzy spells when first standing up for about 3 to 4 months. Monitor that if you're going to hit the sauna.

Water water water.
I went into steam room and dry sauna around 3 months post op. Everything was fine.
Did I already mention...water water water.
