Oh my gosh. I am pre op and my Dr. wants me to lose 15 more pounds. He originally wanted me to lose 10 and I lost 3. Geez, if It was that easy I would of done it already...

I'm in the same boat. They won't schedule my surgery until all the weight is lost. It's been very difficult for me. I've tried everything and I'm stuck at 4 pounds lost.

I bought Premier Protein shakes from Sam’s Club. I sipped one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I ate a sensible meal and that is how I lost my pre-op weight. It took a couple weeks but It was about 15 pounds in about three of weeks. I stopped looking at the scale also bc I would get discouraged and just want to quit.

Get a fitbit and start walking. Up your steps every time you can tolerate it. The more steps you get, the more calories you burn. Journal everything you put in your mouth.
