    Congratulations to all of you. This surgery was the best thing i could have done. Im 29 years old got surgery on July 13th. I started this journey back in January at 457lbs. Worked my ass off and got down to 410lbs the day of surgery. Almost 4 months out and ive lost 80lbs from surgery 127lbs from start to finish. I cant be happy with the results, and would recomened this to anyone. Its not easy, keep your friends close, they will be your biggest support.
