Ideas for post op liquids

I was sleeved on 10/5 which was one week ago. I have to do the liquid diet for 2 weeks and am really really missing food. Any suggestions on things that I may not have tried. I've been doing protein shakes, flavored water, cream soup, tomato soup, and jello. I just would love something with substance. Any suggestions from anyone on what they found helpful would be great!!!

Hi I had surgery on Monday. Appetite minimal. All I can get down is Muscle Milk. It's actually really good. Love the strawberry. Hope that helps. Keep up the good work.

Mine was same day and struggling with protein. Doing good on water. But hoping to hear suggestions

I’ve been drinking my protein shakes with no issues during my pre-op diet. But unfortunately after the surgery I’m not really happy with them - not the best thing to sip. So I decided to make some smoothies with the shake: frozen berries, 1/5 of banana, 1/3 of banana Premier Protein (30g) and a fruit ninja blender. The result is very nice.

Also I’m using chicken broth with some cream cheese added - it’s not so boring as a single broth.

Popsicles are also good. My doctor told me to drink Gatorade for carbs
