I've read in a lot of other weight loss surgery forums that people get the Viactiv soft chews for their Vitamins and calcium. I haven't tried them because I was concerned how much they break up before you swallow it ..like does it melt or what? I don't want to swallow some taffy like substance and have it get lodged in my band ..that would stink.

I love the Viactiv Milk chocolate Calcium Chews--they taste just like a Tootsie Roll. They sort of melt in your mouth. There's nothing to swallow or get stuck in the band. I haven't tried the Milk Chocolate Multi-Vitamin yet, only because I haven't seen it in the store yet.

I like flintstones chewable (NOT flinstones COMPLETE-- these taste BAD). And for calcium I take tums. Tums has a lot of good flavors, I never realized they were calcium (derrr) I always took them for heart burn. The berry flavor mix is my favorite, and my dad has some tropical mix that is good too. The only flavor of tums I never liked was lemon.

I take Caltrate 600+D for my calcium ..theyre chewable ..taste like tums as well.

I am going to look into the Viactiv ..thanks lessnless! I saw them at Wal-Mart in the Vitamin and suppliment aisle ..toward the bottom shelf.
