October 1, 20178 yr Has anyone tried these? There are delicious. 2 egg bites have 19 grams of protein and 9 carbs. I get the bacon and cheese. I can only eat one they are so filling. I can get two meals out of one order. They also have egg white with red peppers.

October 2, 20178 yr I love them! I can easily eat 2, I could eat 4 if I wanted, they don't trigger restriction. Luckily they are delicious and very satisfying, no reason to over eat with them. They are my go to protein on the go if I can't get nuggets from ChikFilA
