So I'm 21 yrs old and I'm getting the gastric sleeve in 9 days. I haven't been able to connect with anyone relatively around my age because I'm in such a small town and there aren't a lot of people who get this surgery around me to begin with. I just want to know what some people think the pros and cons of getting the surgery so young.

Your not that young. I can't see why there would be an issue. My surgeon does over 18 :). I was 26. If I can help with any questions go ahead. Your getting control over your life early. You should be proud of yourself
