I put myself on a schedule for my meals, water and vitamin intake. Sometimes I'll add a snack between the times I eat dinner and lunch. I even prepare my meals the day before so I don't have to worry about what I'm making the next day. I just don't prepare breakfast ahead of time. I like my breakfast fresh off the stove.
