I am a low BMI loser so my weight has been the same, same 2 lbs up and down daily. I should avoid the scale, but it's right there, so... I've got that, I see what I'm eating so I know long term I am on the path.
just now I looked at my upper arm and wondered if it was my imagination that it was smaller somehow. So without looking at my pre surgery measurement, I measured generously my upper arm. An inch less than my pre-op measurement! What???? Wow. So I did my smallest waist measurement which is right under the boobs. Again, was generous. Two inches less than my pre-op, what?? I swear I was fair on the befores, and generous on today's.
now I am NOT telling my fellow July sleevers to do this. Probably a bit obsessive this soon. But my size still fits me fine, the scale isn't really going down... but I now think my body is using my stored fat a little. For me, it helped encourage me.
