Hello !

I am a new member having just been sleeved on July 25 and Bariatric Pal was one of the sites that was recommended for friendship and support. So I just wanted to drop in and say hello. After years of fighting the battle of the bulge, I'm 50 now, and with my wife's suggestion and support I decided to have the gastric sleeve done. Looking forward to finally be able to lose the weight and make the conscious effort to eat more healthy. Four days out and I'm doing better everyday. A few problems with gas pains but not so much now. Looking forward to connecting with the forum for support and information ! As I peruse the site there is so much information that will help that it is almost overwhelming.

Hi Congratulations on your Surgery!!!! I am super nervous I am getting sleeved on August 24th. I am nervous about everything the surgery process, anesthesia and the pain after the surgery. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Good luck in your journey!!![emoji3]
