Sleeping post op

Sleeping is difficult, I'm only a few days out but laying flat or on my side is just not comfortable. Asuggestions?ny

Yes, on your back with pillows. I purchased a wedge pillow before surgery and it's great! The incline is not too much and feels just like im sleeping in the hospital bed (which i find ideal). Good luck!


If you have a recliner, you can sleep in that for a little while until you can sleep on your tummy again
