So thirsty in morning

My humidifier tank on my CPAP is leaking. Until the replacement comes in I have been waking up so incredibly thirsty. I actually have to drink a liter of water the first hour and a half I'm awake before I feel better. Even with the humidifier on I'm thirsty so this is terrible. It even wakes me up in the night needing to drink.

Sounds like maybe you're not getting enough hydration during the day. I make sure to get at least the 64 oz of water in per day. I also use a cpap.

I drink 70-90oz a day. Now that I have my new tank I'm not having problems anymore.
