Woke up with pain & discomfort

I'm in my first day of puréed and I ended up trying to puree in my mouth. That didn't work.

During dinner had pain in my back that was strange. Woken up at 5:30 am with pain and general discomfort. Something between nerves and upset stomach.

Just ate some of cream wheat to see if it was just hunger pain but the pain hasn't really subsided.

How long do I wait before calling the doc? Is this normal?

I was sleeved 7/17/17

Call them as soon as you feel you need to. There is no time limit.

I'd call before the weekend anyway, especially if it's not better.

I'm obviously not a doctor, but you saying the pain was in your back makes me think of gall bladder, which we all know is one of the potential problems with rapid weight loss.

The fact that it started shortly after starting purée though may indicate a different problem. It could even be GERD manifesting in a slightly different way.

This soon out, there's probably no good way to know for sure without taking to your doctor.
