Needing some help

Hi everyone this is my first time posting here so hopefully I'm doing it correctly. I'm just over a month post op and I have not been doing well with my weight loss. I feel like I can eat more than I should and I haven't lost any weight in two weeks now. Any suggestions? I'm scared that I've done something to mess myself up and that now the surgery was pointless

Did you have vsg? How much have you lost? Many people do get stalls around 3 weeks out. I was sleeved 6/22 I've lost 25 pounds so far. None for like 8 days and 2 pounds since then.

Hi thanks for your reply! I had gastric bypass in June 22 and so far I've lost 37 pounds. I just really feel as if I'm holding more than I should be able to and unfortunately the few times I have cheated I haven't gotten dumping syndrome.

I think 37 pounds is great. I had vsg on June 22 and have lost 25 which I think is average. My doc said. Like 20-25 the first month and 10-12 after that. My husband had gastric bypass 11 years ago. I don't remember how fast he lost weight but he lost like 80 pounds the first year- you're almost at half of that! Be encouraged. Track everything you eat and stick to your plan.
