  1. Hi thanks for your reply! I had gastric bypass in June 22 and so far I've lost 37 pounds. I just really feel as if I'm holding more than I should be able to and unfortunately the few times I have cheated I haven't gotten dumping syndrome.
  2. I'm having the same problem, my cravings are so bad and even though I'm only a month post op I've already been cheating which really bothers me. I truly wish you the best of luck in your journey
  3. Hi everyone this is my first time posting here so hopefully I'm doing it correctly. I'm just over a month post op and I have not been doing well with my weight loss. I feel like I can eat more than I should and I haven't lost any weight in two weeks now. Any suggestions? I'm scared that I've done something to mess myself up and that now the surgery was pointless
