Preventing saggy skin

What exercises should I be doing now to prevent skin sagging later? Are there any supplements I should be taking as well?

I don't have a date yet, but I will be scheduled early next month so I'm hoping for September.

Genetics mostly dictate it. I'm definitely trying to tone what I can but from everything I've read there's only so much we can do.

Keep yourself moisturized and hydrated. Strength building exercises are good to help fill you out (in a fit way) so there's not as much excess skin. It may also shrink back a tiny bit if given time. How much excess weight do you have to lose? That's also a factor (obviously).
