Stomach pain with gas 1 yr post op

I've been have pain for a while now in my stomach and lots of gas . I'm almost one year post op and have gotten down to a way low weight my husband is worried I look to thin now. Im way past my goal weight and can't keep from loosing. Do you think something could be wrong . Because of the stomach pain and gas?

I would contact my surgeon. Have you not had follow ups during the past year? My first year I am required to see my surgeon every month.
