Am I doing this right?

Currently I'm in the puréed phase and this is what I've eaten:

Puréed chili

Deviled eggs (once)

Ricotta bake

Almond milk

And Tuna

Am I on the right track?

Are you meeting your protein goals? Fluid goals?

Almond milk is a negligible source of protein.

To be honest I've only had one cup of almond milk. I got it to mix with my protein powder as I haven't been using it because rtd and other powder protein have been making me nauseated. As for the other foods they're rich in protein so I try to each a few times a day. I just got up to eating three times a day, it's been rough because I'm not always hungry and I have a hard time understanding when I'm full as I don't feel anything, instead I just stop. Liquids I'm definitely trying to meet that as well. Even by adding crystal light once in a while but I always have to remind myself to drink because I'm not thirsty. Today I've gotten in 50.7 ounces of water so far. And I'm waiting to have my 3rd meal today

What all did you put in your tuna? And did you blend it?

Avocado hummus and nope, you can fork tuna. It went down really well.
